One point of contact for you;

It is common for Landlords to deal with several different people when contacting the real estate to enquire about their investment/s. We offer our Landlords a Property Manager as one point of contact for all enquiries so you can build a relationship with the person that can answer all queries regarding your investment.

Routine inspections

We carry out a routine inspection in the first 2-3 months of every new tenancy. That way we can identify any issues with the new tenant and/or property and rectify them before they escalate. And rather than being set on bi-annual or annual routine inspections, we conduct routine inspections based on you and your property’s requirements. For example, if there are tenant issues (i.e. damage or cleanliness) we may need to visit the property every 3 months to monitor the issues and take necessary action. This is why our ‘new tenancy inspection’ works so well for Landlords.

Rent review

Our Landlords appreciate our annual rent review. We also review the rent at the end of each fixed term and notify Landlords so they can keep up to date with market rent.

Having established, professional and trustworthy contractors is a vital part of good property management practice. Our contractors are the best in the business, many of whom have been doing maintenance work for our office’s clients for many years.
